My name is Elaine and I’d like to welcome you to THiNK FiT, a personal training service that provides you with solutions whatever your fitness goals.  Whether you want to change your shape, lose weight, improve your CV fitness, feel more energetic or enhance the quality of your life, THiNK FiT will tailor an exercise program especially for you.

With a background in Psychology combined with certification as a Master Trainer, Punchfit TM and Advanced Ball Trainer, I can help you with both the physical and mental aspects of your fitness.  The hardest part is taking that first step to commit to regular exercise.  The second hardest part is staying motivated and focused!

By using a variety of equipment with my clients, including weights, resistance bands, strength balls, balance disks, Punchfit TM and Step, each session is different and fun.  All equipment can be brought to your home, office or a public area to maximise your time and provide variety to your exercise program.  Once you’ve started and experienced the benefits of regular exercise, you’ll wonder why you didn’t start earlier - but it’s never too late to  start!  It may be one of the most important investments IN your life.

Right from the start, getting fit and maintaining a level of fitness can be life transforming.  Your life will improve in so many ways!  Suddenly there seem to be more hours in the day, you feel more energetic and stronger, you feel happier, your clothes feel more comfortable, people may compliment you and overall you feel GREAT about yourself!  I get a real buzz out of seeing my clients experience these positive life changes.
